In the charming dining room a wide variety of home-made tapas and local dishes, accompanied by excellent regional wines, are available. Weather permitting, meals can be served on the terrace. Afternoons and evenings, we offer a wide range of home made "tapas" and "raciones" to our guests so they can try the typical meals from Cuenca: "morteruelo, pisto, gazpacho pastor, ajo arriero, quesos manchegos..." All that accompanied by the excellent wines of the region.
